It not

well. Using the belt is
an effective and safe
way to sculpt those

One of
the great benefits of
this belt is that it
fits to size. That’s
right! So follow the
instructions below to
properly put the belt
on:
Your
Walk N’ Tone Belt comes
with one Velcro belt,
two tubes with handles
on one end and the clips
on the other. Attach the
tubes/handles by
securely clipping on to
the single black loop on
the Velcro belt.
Position
the belt around your
waist by simply wrapping the belt around
your midsection, above
your hips, about an inch
above your belly button.
Fasten
the belt with the
Velcro. The belt should
fit comfortably around
your waist and you
should be able to fit
one to two fingers
between the belt and
your skin.
Now you are ready to
start walking and
toning!

EXERCISE/ACTIVITY
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm up
the body and stretch the
muscles before each
activity session.
Perform
only the activities as
shown in Walk Away The
Pounds workouts.
Mimic all
Walk N’ Tone Belt upper
Body activities without
the use of the belt
until proficiency is
exhibited with each
movement.
Use an
amount of Walk N’ Tone
Belt Resistance that
provides tension
throughout the entire
arm pattern range of
motion.
Avoid
using an amount of Walk
N’ Tone Belt resistance
that alters your natural
arm movement pattern.
If
fatigued, simply release
the handles and continue
the arm movement (s)
without the use of the
Walk N’ Tone Belt.
Alternate
Walk N’ Tone Belt arm
activities frequently to
avoid developing
muscular imbalances.

Consult
your physician before
beginning any type of
exercise activity.
Check for
possible wearing of the
tubing, belt or belt
attachments before each
Walk N' Tone Belt activity
session.
Make sure
the Walk N’ Tone Belt
tubing is securely
attached to the Walk N’
Tone Belt handles before
each use.
Make sure
the Walk N’ Tone Belt
tubing clips are
securely attached to the
belt loops before each
use.
Wear
appropriate footwear
while performing all
Walk N’ Tone Belt
activities.
Position
one Walk N’ Tone Belt
handle across the palm,
not fingers, of each
hand.
Maintain
a light, yet firm hold
on the Walk N’ Tone Belt
handles while performing
all walking activities.
Avoid grasping the
handles too tightly.
Control
the speed of your arm
movements while
performing Walk N’ Tone
Belt’s activities. |
