This exciting new workout includes 2 segments totaling a
4 mile walk that will trim and tone the entire body.
The first 45 minute segment offers you the added benefit of
2 levels of movements, so you can increase the intensity of
your workouts as your body gets stronger, slimmer and
healthier. The second 15 minute segment is made up of
easy-to-follow firming exercises for hips, thighs and
stomach.
