Specifically
created for beginners, it’s a proven-to-work series of
muscle-toning basics. Leslie’s “go at your own pace, do as
much as you can” attitude is sure to make you feel
comfortable and motivated. From squats and lunges to ab
crunches and bicep curls, there’s no technical jargon —
Leslie teaches the exact technique in an easy-to-understand
manner (e.g. “now turn your wrists so they’re facing…”). The
all-female, all-sizes-and-shapes class shows three intensity
levels; anyone can do this workout. 1 to 5 lb. dumbbells are
optional. A bright, cheery set and upbeat music.
Firm up all the major muscles in upper, middle and lower
body. The workout consists of three 10 minute body
sculpting, and toning segments. With easy to follow
instruction you'll firm up fast with this in-home walking
program.
Upper body
Segment: Concentrates on the arms, chest and shoulders.
The exercises, which can be done with or without light
weights, have been chosen for their proven safety and
effectiveness.
Mid-Body
Segment: Concentrates on firming and trimming the waist
line and strengthening the back muscles. Look and feel
taller with a firm, trim waist line - fast!
Lower body
Segment: Concentrates on sculpting the hips, the thighs
and firming the buttocks muscles. Develop and maintain great
lower body lines with these super effective firmers.
