Start your
weight loss journey with a walk at home
program! If you’re new to exercising, begin
with the gentle-paced, 20 minute – 1 Mile –
beginner program. Leslie will teach you how
to increase your heart rate with low impact
moves. When you’re ready, move on to the
intermediate 30 minute– 2 Mile – Brisk Walk.
In this workout you’ll start to pick up the
pace and work to increase your heart rate.

One Mile Walk:

basic leg and arm patterns to increase your heart rate and
help burn fat
Cool-down Walk: 2 1/2 minutes of slower-paced walking
Cool-down Stretch: 2 1/2 minutes

Two Mile Walk:
Warm-up Walk: 5 minutes of easy, slower-paced walking where
Leslie demonstrates each of the basic steps and points out
good form
Workout: 23 minutes of brisk-paced walking with various arm
patterns, directional changes, and form pointers. Includes
moves such as knees up, side taps, kicks and double knees
with a twist
Cool-down Walk: 2 1/2 minutes
Cool-down Stretch: 2 1/2 minutes
Total Workout Time: 32 minutes and 30 seconds
